Language in J7 and J8

Today J8 were given a job! They became advertising executives for Parisian Tourist Attractions. Each group was given a famous place in Paris and lots of information about it (hidden in an envelope).

We discussed the persuasive language used in adverts.

Then each group was given 30mins to find interesting facts about their Parisian tourist attraction which they then had to present to the class.

We will use this information to make our leaflets about Paris.

Tomorrow, each group will produce an advert for their attraction.

I hope to video them and post them to the Blog.

Meanwhile, J7 continued with their leaflet templates.
