In Maths we are working on PROBABILITY. In our groups we had to come up with statements that were either IMPOSSIBLE, UNLIKELY, LIKELY or CERTAIN.

We wrote our statements on pieces of card and then swapped them with other groups. In the yard we were given four stations with the headings IMPOSSIBLE, UNLIKELY, LIKELY and CERTAIN. We were then given five minutes to decide which headings our statements came under. We then discussed whether our choices were right. This gave us a lot to talk about! We then had to take a statement each and put ourselves into a PROBABILITY LINE. It was not an easy task, but generated a lot of discussion about PROBABILITY.
