Today in Science we had to devise an investigation to measure our pulse rate.

We had to write out the steps of our investigation, plan the equipment that we would use and make predictions.

We took our resting pulse rate.

We then timed each person in our group while they did some physical activity.

Then we took our pulse rate again.

Each group performed 4 activities.

We then averaged our group scores from each activity to find out which gave us the fastest heart rate.
