Sut oedd y tywydd?

Today we revised our PAST TENSE, DAYS OF THE WEEK, MONTHS OF THE YEAR and WEATHER.

Firstly we revisited our vocabulary about dates and weather.

Then we were given some cards on which were printed days, months and years in Welsh, as well as some descriptions about the weather.

We had to randomly pick cards to make sentences in the past tense.

For example:

Ar Dydd Llun, Hydref y cyntaf roedd yn bwrw glaw.

On Monday, October the first it was raining.

We then tried our ENVOYING technique. One person from each group took it in turns to move to another station, while one of his fellow 'group mates' gave him a weather report in Welsh. He then had to report the weather back to his group in English.

This used our Bilingualism and Communication skills.
