This morning we welcomed Tom from the Cardiff Blues who gave us our second rugby training session
We began with a warm up which we needed in the cold damp weather!
We went on to play several games to improve our 'tagging' skills.
We ended the session by practicing our passing skills, building on the skills we learned last time.
There were quite a few forward passes - let's hope that doesn't happen in the Samoa game on Friday!
We were asked to discuss our positive and negative points. This was a useful experience, and involved lots of COMMUNICATION skills.
