Today we continued with our S.A.F.E. Project.

For the last three weeks we have been visited by Mike Perry, who is our Neighbourhood Beat Manager.
We have worked on issues such as drugs, smoking and alcohol. We each have a S.A.F.E. booklet which we use in the lessons.
The booklet contains surveys, fact sheets, quizzes, storyboards, word searches and role play situations.
These lessons make use of COMMUNICATION and THINKING skills. We have also used MATHS skills to work out units of alcohol and the cost of cigarettes.

Here are two members of Y6 in their role play costumes, pretending to be drug dealers.
One of them looks suspiciously like Oscar Wilde to me!!
